Does NanoTag need a gateway?+
NanoTag communicates over LoRaWAN. Gateway or network requirements depend on coverage at your site and along your route. Confirm the connectivity plan with Thermologix.
How often does it measure temperature?+
Ten-minute sampling is the published default. The additional brochure describes over-the-air configuration, while the detailed sheet asks for interval changes before order. Confirm the configuration options for your device revision.
Can we monitor multiple devices?+
Yes. The supplied material describes multi-device management, multi-user dashboard views and user access roles.
Is it suitable for regulated applications?+
Discuss your required accuracy, calibration evidence, validation and reporting obligations before deployment. Monitoring supports your processes; it does not by itself establish regulatory compliance.
How long does the battery last?+
The detailed sheet states up to 1.5 years at ten-minute reporting; the additional brochure lists up to two years. Confirm the device revision, reporting configuration and expected performance for your deployment.
What should we include in an enquiry?+
Tell the team your industry, locations, temperature ranges, number of monitoring points, required update interval and any calibration or reporting requirements.
